Yeah, I know, and that's not even the Ocean Course! Here's your opportunity to take your next golf vacation to a higher level. Why not combine the golf with a private, small group (even one-on-one), Investment Training Program or Workshop? We're not talking about Mutual Funds, Insurances, Annuities or any other form of  investment products. No get rich quick schemes, creative derivative concoctions, or hype. This is the investment education that you didn't get in college. No salesperson will call you before or after the seminar, and we are pretty sure that you will learn something new about investing. In fact, you'll be studying what some people have referred to as a ground-breaking new approach to asset allocation, security selection, and portfolio performance evaluation. This is big time stuff, at a reasonable cost.

Kiawah Golf Investment Seminars (KGIS) is not affiliated in any way with the Kiawah Golf Resort, but the standard training package assumption is that you will play two of your rounds with your investment trainer/host (not a low handicapper). We suggest the Ocean Course plus one of the other on-island courses, subject to availability. Please make your own golf arrangements (and pay for them) so that you can be certain of the courses played, tee times, etc. The Ocean Course is not a requirement, but most golfers rate it one of the most memorable golf experiences in the world. KGIS can't make any advance golf arrangements, and is not responsible for any golf related expenses.

The Investment Training Program is conducted by Author/ Investment Manager Steve Selengut whose The Brainwashing of the American Investor: The Book that Wall Street does not Want YOU to Read has received hundreds of excellent reviews; his investment articles have been published all over the internet. Few investment book authors and/or investment columnists are full time professional investment managers; rarely do investment theoreticians leave their hindsightful keyboards to get their hands dirty on the trading floor. Steve Selengut has been a hands-on, individual client portfolio manager, since 1979. Two copies of the "Brainwashing" book will be sent to you upon receipt of your 50% training program deposit.

The KGIS investment training workshop package includes: approximately eight hours of Q & A on the golf course, two group meetings, and one (optional) personal meeting that can cover anything you don't want your buddies to hear about. If your spouses are traveling with you, they are welcome to participate in the investment training program. The book is your syllabus.

KGIS is a new venture, with introductory pricing specials throughout 2008. Groups of from one to six  persons are recommended. Only two groups per month can be accommodated.

Program One: Two investment training meetings, investment Q & A on the golf course(2), plus one private meeting. Per person: $475.  Please add  $175 per group for the Ocean Course. Your investment trainer will pay for his own golf expenses.
Program Two: Two investment training meetings, investment Q & A on the golf course(1), plus one private meeting. Per person: $375. Plus $175 per group for the Ocean Course. Your investment trainer will pay for his own golf expenses.
Program Three: Two investment training meetings, no golf with the investment pro, plus one private meeting, per person: $295.
Special programs of your own design and workshops for professionals will be priced individually.
NOTE: On the golf course expenses and Ocean Course caddie fees are not included. Add $25 per person, for more than six group-meeting attendees, including spouses. You are responsible for all of your own golf and accommodation expenses.

Small Group Workshops (less than ten people) can be brought to your location... one full day of Investment Training (two sessions) plus Q & A  after each.  $1,000 plus expenses.
